Refund Policy

1. Overview
Rankrize ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered SEO blog autopublishing platform available at rankrize.io (the "Service").
All subscription fees paid to Rankrize are non-refundable. By subscribing to any Rankrize plan, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final and that no refunds will be issued except as expressly described in Section 6 of this policy or as required by applicable law.
We encourage you to take full advantage of any available product information, documentation, and support resources before subscribing to ensure the Service meets your needs.
2. Subscription Billing
Rankrize offers subscription-based access to the Service. The following billing terms apply to all subscribers:
- Monthly billing in advance — all subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your payment method is charged at the beginning of each billing period for the upcoming month of service.
- Recurring charges — subscription fees are automatically charged to your payment method on file each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.
- Current plans — Starter ($49/month), Growth ($149/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Plan details and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Annual billing — we may offer annual billing options in the future. If introduced, annual subscriptions will also be subject to this Refund Policy.
3. No Refunds Policy
All fees charged by Rankrize are non-refundable once processed. This is a strict policy that applies uniformly to all subscribers regardless of plan type or subscription duration.
3.1 Charges Subject to This Policy
The no-refund policy applies to the following charges:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Plan upgrade charges, including any prorated amounts for the remainder of a billing period
- Unused portions of a billing period (whether due to cancellation, downgrade, or any other reason)
3.2 Circumstances That Do Not Qualify for a Refund
To be clear, no refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
- Dissatisfaction with generated content quality — the quality of AI-generated content may vary. While we continuously improve our generation pipeline, content quality is not grounds for a refund.
- Changes in your business needs — if your business requirements change and you no longer need the Service, you may cancel your subscription but no refund will be provided.
- Failure to use the Service — if you do not use the Service during a billing period (in whole or in part), you are not entitled to a refund for that period.
- Service downtime or interruptions — temporary outages, maintenance windows, or service interruptions do not qualify for refunds, except as may be required by applicable law or as described in Section 6.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Rankrize subscription at any time. Cancellation is subject to the following terms:
- How to cancel — you can cancel your subscription through your account dashboard settings, or by emailing us at rankrizeio@gmail.com.
- When cancellation takes effect — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation is processed.
- Continued access — after cancelling, you retain full access to all Service features until your current billing period expires. No functionality is restricted during this time.
- No partial refunds — there are no refunds or credits for any unused time remaining in your current billing period after cancellation.
- Data deletion — after your subscription ends, all your data (including articles, site configurations, keyword research, and integration credentials) will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you wish to export your data, you should do so before your subscription expires.
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. The following rules apply to plan changes:
- Upgrades — when you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the upgrade takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period based on the price difference between your old and new plans.
- Downgrades — when you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the downgrade takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
- No refund for downgrades — no refunds, credits, or adjustments are issued for the price difference when downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan.
6. Exceptions
While our policy is that all sales are final, Rankrize may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests in the following extraordinary circumstances:
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error or payment processing malfunction.
- Extended service outage — if the Service experiences a continuous, uninterrupted outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that prevents you from accessing or using any core functionality.
- Billing errors — if Rankrize made a verifiable error in calculating or processing your charges (e.g., you were charged an incorrect plan price).
To request a refund under these exceptions:
- You must contact us at rankrizeio@gmail.com within 14 days of the date of the charge in question.
- Your request must include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a clear description of the issue.
- Any refund granted under this section is entirely at Rankrize's discretion. We are under no obligation to issue a refund even if the circumstances described above apply.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
- Contact us first — if you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please email us at rankrizeio@gmail.com before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
- Consequences of unauthorized chargebacks — if you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke access to the Service.
- Dispute evidence — we will provide all relevant documentation and evidence to your payment provider to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unwarranted, including records of your account activity, acceptance of these terms, and service usage data.
8. Consumer Protection Laws
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit, exclude, or override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where mandatory statutory refund rights exist, those rights are fully preserved and take precedence over the terms of this policy.
- Mandatory refund rights — if your jurisdiction provides mandatory refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights apply to your subscription regardless of what is stated in this policy.
- EU consumers — if you are a consumer located in the European Union, you acknowledge that the Service constitutes digital content / a digital service that begins immediately upon activation of your subscription. By subscribing and using the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) once the Service has been accessed or used for the first time.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, pricing, or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes:
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before the updated policy takes effect.
- Notice will be delivered via email to the address associated with your account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Service.
- Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
- If you do not agree with the updated policy, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
